Disappointed

Purchased the 220v international version and it does not come with an international plug or adapter for Australian use. So that's an extra expense on top of something that already cost over $1000. At least have the decency to have this on the product page in bold so international buyers can be prepared.
Also did NOT come with a repair kit.

I ordered this system

I have ordered this system back a 3 or 4 years ago I had trouble out of the wand where it was saudered and sent it back and they said it was fixed they mail it back but never has been right sense, I would liked to have tried another wand because mine does seem to get hot enough to melt the plastic as it should when using it in the seems.

Works perfect for my needs.

Still have not received

Currently still waiting for my Magic Wand Shrink Wrap System to bbbe delivered. Have been waiting over a month. Shipping label was created 8 days ago, yet UPS still has not received the order. Been given excuse after excuse but still no package. Bad business!!

I bought my system about 10 years ago and never regretted it for a second. I have never had some single problem. This system has helped me wrap thousands of bars of soap quickly and easily. My customers love that the wrapping is biodegradeable!
