Warranty: Each Sealing Wand comes with a 6-month warranty covering mechanical and electrical issues from the date of purchase. This includes any shipping costs for normal wear and tear issues.

Please Note: This warranty excludes:

  1. Broken/cut-off heating element

  2. Broken/cut-off Teflon tape

Standard wear and tear on the heating element or Teflon tape can often be resolved by purchasing a repair kit available in our accessories category. Make sure to order the size that matches your wand size.

Our Process
